(01) Brief

The building had the substance.

Vake Plaza is a fully managed, multifunctional business centre on Chavchavadze Avenue: 24,000 m² of office space, conference venues and more than 230 parking spaces. The building had the substance; its web presence did not.

The brief was a bilingual site that lets a prospective tenant understand the building in one visit, and gives the leasing team something they are proud to send.

(02) Approach

The building is the brand.

We treated the building as the brand. The site opens with the numbers a tenant actually weighs — total area, office space, parking, elevators — and then lets the architecture carry the rest through full-bleed photography. Technical specification is set out plainly rather than hidden: VRF climate control on every floor, a 20-ton water reserve, a 2,000 kW generator, CCTV-secured parking.

A dedicated Design section places the interior's furniture in context — Le Corbusier, Jeanneret and Perriand's 1928 armchair, George Nelson's Coconut Chair — because the standard a building holds itself to is part of what it is selling. Georgian and English are treated as equals, not as a translation layer.

(03) Build

Sent as a link, not a brochure.

A Next.js site with parallel Georgian and English routing, animated stat counters on the hero, optimised full-resolution photography, and dedicated pages for Spaces, About, Design, Parking, EV Chargers and Contact.

Services — meeting rooms, detailing, a boxing club, parking, EV charging — are presented as a single visual index. Fast, indexable, and built to be sent as a link rather than a brochure.
